Vito è un beatnik del futuro. Un rumore di fondo di cui non possiamo, né vogliamo,liberarci. La sua gioia nel lavorare è contagiosa. Attraverso le sue immagini, i segni parlanoil linguaggio mai dimenticato della psychedelia, in un gioco continuo tra dentro e fuori,reale e irreale che iper stimola le nostre sinapsi.Nei volti che appaiono nei lavori esposti in questa installazione-mostra, dall’esplicativotitolo di “Dopin’ with vitomanoloroma (what’s yours?)”, possiamo vedere la sua capacitàdi riprodurre la realtà in molteplici punti di vista e a tempo di musica.Se la forza dell’arte è la capacità di offrirci un mondo da guardare insieme, allora nondobbiamo dimenticare che il bello ha bisogno di leggerezza, grazia, attrattiva, vaghezza,potenza e infine, energia.

Vito is a beatnik from the future. An undercurrent noise that we neither can not wantto escape. The joy of work he carries around is contagious. In his images, his strokesspeak the unforgotten language of psychedelia, in a continuous interplay of inside and outside, of real and unreal that over-stimulates our synapsis.In the portraits on show at this exhibition/installation, conspicuously entitled “Dopin’with vitomanoloroma (what’s yours?)”, we see his skill at reproducing reality out of multipleperspectives and to the rhythm of music.If art’s power is its ability to offer us a way of looking at things together, then we mustnot forget that beauty needs levity, grace, vagueness, intensity and energy.
